DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Please create an account by clicking the "Sign-In" link in the top right hand corner of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, give us a call (651-404-7377.) We will do our best to ship our product to you.
To ship International FedEx you must have a FedEx Account Number. If you do not have an account number, you cannot select FedEx. Please call us if you have any questions: 651-404-7377.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Due to recent shipping rate changes with carriers, Hay Chix® reserves the right to switch your selected shipping service to a comparable shipping service. International customers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise/shipping cost. NO returns on International orders. Hay Chix® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Sale orders will ship within 2 weeks of the order date. We cannot guarantee a delivery by date; once the product leaves our shop, we do not have control over it.
